A: All applicants must submit the online application, then print 10 copies of the completed application and mail it to the Lander Recreation Board.
Q: How do we provide proof of non-profit status or fiscal sponsorship?
A: Proof of your non-profit status or fiscal sponsorship could include a copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) paperwork, a letter confirming affiliation with Lander Community Foundation, Lander City Parks and Rec Department or Fire Auxiliary, or a copy of your registration with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
Q: What if we don’t spend the money before the Dec 31 deadline?
A: To request an extension to your grant, you must submit a written request to the Rec Board (landerrecboard@gmail.com or P.O. Box 1673, Lander, WY, 82520) before the December Board Meeting. A representative from your organization must attend the Grant Extension Request meeting. Extensions will be approved or denied in writing.
