Grant Hearings

Tuesday, January 30 and Thursday, February 1, 2024
Following review of your grant application by the Board, the Board will conduct hearings for all applicants. These hearings are designed to allow your group to present your proposal and to answer any questions the Board might have.

You must have a representative/spokesperson at the grant hearings. Advanced notice of your time slot will be provided by the Recreation Board. All representatives/groups will be given a pre-assigned time period for their presentations.

The representative/spokesperson will give a brief overview of the grant application, how it fits with the Board’s mission, and the reasons for applying for funding. Please limit your presentation to 5 MINUTES, after which the Board may ask questions.

Thank you for your time, efforts, and consideration of the granting guidelines. Please feel free to call or email the Board if you have questions, and good luck.

NOTE: If you are awarded a grant, please follow the procedures in Grant Reporting, Reimbursement, and Extension Information.
